Our Service of Process branch specializes in small claims, court filings, cross-complaints, bank levies, record subpoenas, Writs of execution, personal subpoenas, restraining orders, eviction and foreclosure, Summons and complaints and more. We strictly adhere to the CPLR to make sure our affidavits are always accepted in all courts.
We also perform additional clerical services: On site document reproduction, public records, court records, court research, court filings, special messenger, subpoena preparation, accident scene photograph and more.

Our seasoned veterans understand the importance of serving legal documents the proper way to avoid the negative outcome of a traverse hearing due to improper service. Our process servers are equipped with the latest Global Positioning System and GPS systems that include the latitude and longitude which are automatically transcribed to our Affidavit of Service in addition to voice recording and photographic capability if needed.
In most cases service is completed within three (3) business days, upon completion our clients are immediately notified. Each client receives our full attention.
